Send Emails
Send emails through an authorized Gmail account using the MCP server.
An MCP server for automating Gmail workflows through AI assistants.
Email Automation MCP connects Gmail with MCP-compatible AI assistants and provides tools for authorized email automation workflows. It is an independent application developed by Lavish Gupta.
What Email Automation MCP is, and how it gets access to Gmail.
Email Automation MCP is a server that implements the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It exposes email-related tools to MCP-compatible AI assistants so that an authorized user can carry out email automation workflows on their own Gmail account.
Gmail access is provided through Google's OAuth authorization flow. You explicitly authorize the permissions the application requests, and you can revoke that authorization at any time from your Google Account.
Capabilities are offered through the MCP server and are used only when you or your AI assistant invoke them.

You stay in control of your Google authorization at every step.
Start the connection from the application. You are sent to Google's own sign-in and consent screens. The application never sees your Google password.
Google shows exactly which permissions the application is requesting. You decide whether to grant them, and you can withdraw your authorization whenever you choose.
Once connected, an MCP-compatible AI assistant can call the Email Automation MCP tools on your behalf, within the permissions you granted.
Why the application asks for Google permissions.
The application requests access to Google services only when required to provide its email automation functionality. Gmail data is accessed and used according to the permissions authorized by the user and the application's published Privacy Policy.
The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Independent application. Email Automation MCP is developed independently by Lavish Gupta. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Gmail and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.
The full details of how your data is handled, and the rules for using the service, are published on this site.
